Refund, Resend & Returns Policy

At CP STORE, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring you love your tech gadgets. This policy explains how we handle refunds, resends, and returns to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
1. What Qualifies for a Refund, Resend, or Return?
We process solutions (Full Refund, Partial Refund, or Resend) in the following cases:
A. Order Delays β±οΈ
If your order lacks tracking updates or has not arrived within these timelines after departure:

USA: 45 days

Brazil: 110 days (due to customs delays)

Other Regions: 100 days
B. Orders Not Received π¦

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office. A Non-delivery Certificate from them is required for a refund.

We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
C. Damaged Products π§

Severely Damaged: Full refund or brand-new replacement.

Minor Damage (scratches/dents): Partial refund or replacement.

Note: Electronics claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Outer packaging damage is not eligible for refund if the product works perfectly.
D. Incorrect or Missing Products β

Wrong Item: Full refund or replacement.

Wrong Size/Color: Refund or resend if functionality is affected.

Missing Parts: Partial refund or resend of the missing components.
E. Order Cancellations βοΈ

Full refund if canceled BEFORE the order has been processed or shipped.

Custom items or pre-orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
2. How to Submit a Dispute π
To resolve issues quickly, please email us with:

Photos/Videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

A Photo of the Shipping Label on the original package.

Your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
β οΈ DEADLINE: Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
3. Returns π

Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our support team in advance.

Window: Return products within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging and unused.

Location: Returns are only accepted at our designated warehouses.
4. Unacceptable Disputes β οΈ
We do not accept disputes for:

Buyerβs change of mind.

Items that "don't look like expected" but match the product description.

Delays caused by Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, or health crises).

Wrong SKU or wrong address provided by the buyer.
5. Refund & Resend Timelines β³

Refunds: Processed within 7β14 business days after approval.

Resends: Shipped within 5β10 business days after approval.
